I cannot express how wonderful it was to have Denise Lavell as my Realtor.
As a first time homebuyer, Denise provided me with the resources and guidance to find and purchase a home that was within my means (which in this geographical area, is no easy task!). She provided knowledgeable suggestions and ideas to consider when discussing a potential property and thank goodness she had the experience and expertise to guide me away from some of the properties I first saw and thought that I really wanted.
Denise coached me through the escrow process that had numerous unpleasant surprises, such as an unexpected extension (due to the Seller) and a home that did not initially pass the termite and mold inspection (such inspections were based on her recommendations).
Denise ensured all items were properly addressed and always communicated with the Seller's agent in a professional and timely manner, even when that professionalism and timeliness was not reciprocated.
